Women face barriers to education and employment. Our program is designed to open doors to knowledge, economic independence, and leadership.
Program components
- Scholarships and microgrants: tuition, housing, meals, transportation.
- Language and academic training: intensive courses, exam and interview preparation.
- Online/hybrid solutions: secure access to courses and mentoring from anywhere.
- Visa and documentation support: consultations, application support.
- Career track: mentors from universities/companies, internships, CV club.
- Psychological support: individual counseling, support groups.

Who can apply
- Young women (aged 16–28) from Afghanistan
- Desire to continue their education or retrain
- Willingness to participate in a mentoring program
How to apply
- Online application form + short motivation letter.
- Screening and verification of identity/documents (taking into account security considerations).
- Interview with a coordinator and mentor.
- Decision by the commission and signing of a support agreement.
