Who is this program for
- students and applicants from low-income families;
- Internally displaced persons and victims of war;
- Participants with disabilities (with individual accommodations);
- Those experiencing force majeure (loss of income of a guardian, etc.).
What we fund
- Basic coverage: tuition, accommodation, meals, transportation.
- Educational expenses: preparatory courses, language exams, application fees, translations.
- Equipment: laptop/tablet, internet, specialized software.
- Inclusion: assistive technologies, tutor/sign language interpreter, individual accommodations.
- Quick-action microgrants: urgent payments without which the study plan cannot be fulfilled.
How we determine need
- analysis of household income and expenses;
- references/supporting documents (if possible);
- assessment of the impact of support on educational outcomes;
- lack of alternative funding at the time of application.
Application process
- Online application + list of expenses.
- Screening and clarification (if necessary — phone call/video).
- Commission decision and approval of the support package.
- Transfer of funds/purchases and signing of the reporting agreement.
